The MindStudio workspace is your central hub for managing AI Workers, integrations, and account settings. Here's a high-level overview of the workspace controls, as shown in the screenshot:
Displays all active AI Workers and drafts. This is the primary area to manage your workflows, edit drafts, and view published workers.
A dedicated section for unfinished AI Workers, allowing you to revisit and refine them later.
Access workspace-level configurations such as API keys, usage limits, and general workspace information.
Monitor the usage of your AI Workers to analyze performance and resource consumption.
Manage subscription plans, billing details, and payment methods for your account.
Add, remove, or manage team members and their roles within the workspace.
Access advanced features like API documentation and serverless function integrations.
Access MindStudio's help resources or contact support for assistance.
Explore professional services to extend your AI capabilities with certified MindStudio Partners.
This is where you will find all of your published AI Workers.
Quick links to guides and tutorials.
Search Bar: Quickly locate specific AI Workers by name.
Filters and Sorting: Refine the displayed AI Workers based on activity, publish date, or name.
Create AI Worker: Creates a new AI Worker project and opens the Editor.
Grid/List Toggle: Switch between grid view (for a visual layout of AI Worker cards) and list view (for a more compact, detail-oriented display).
Displays all published AI Workers, including their run history and statuses. Each card shows:
AI Worker Name
Recent Activity (e.g., last run date)
Total Runs
Worker Card Quick Actions:
Edit Worker: Opens the AI Worker editor, allowing you to modify the workflow or settings.
Copy Worker ID: Copies the unique identifier of the AI Worker to your clipboard, useful for API integrations or advanced configurations.
View Logs: Access detailed logs of the AI Worker's activity to troubleshoot issues or review performance.
Make a Copy: Creates a duplicate of the AI Worker, enabling you to reuse or modify it without affecting the original.
Delete Worker: Removes the AI Worker from the workspace. This action is permanent and should be used cautiously.
The top navigation bar provides essential controls and quick access to different sections of your workspace:
Returns you to the main workspace dashboard where you can manage your AI Workers.
These tabs allow you to open and use your published AI Workers and drafts.
Clicking on your profile picture in the top navigation bar reveals the following options:
My Account: Access your account details, including personal information, workspace affiliations, and preferences.
Switch to Dark Mode: Toggle between light and dark modes for the workspace interface, allowing for a more comfortable viewing experience based on your preference.
Pending Invites: View and manage invitations to collaborate with others in shared workspaces.
Affiliate Program: Learn more about and participate in the MindStudio Affiliate Program, which may include benefits for promoting MindStudio.
Log Out: Safely log out of your current session and return to the login screen.
Click on your Workspace icon at the top left of the left-hand panel.
Select Create New Workspace.

Select the Workspace that you'd like to view.
